The 4th of July in Washington, DC
Supporters of Al Gore, for the 2008 Presidential election, will be fanning out in the crowds tomorrow at the Palisades (Washington, DC) 4th of July Parade. We’ll try and have photos posted later if we get some good pictures.

Since returning from the Peace Corps in Africa, graduate school, et. al.: ~ DC political activist with an interest and experience in international affairs, military, defense issues and armed forces. ~ the next Presidential election of 2008 will be an amazing political cycle ~ I've been looking for a candidate who has the background and credentials to win ~ Al Gore is the one ~ Al Gore needs to run for President in 2008 because he is the one candidate who can win the White House for the Democrats ~ The Democratic nomination for President is up in the air ~ No candidate will win the nomination early, as much as the big time insiders would like to do just that ~ Gore is the one Democrat who's got the best chance of winning the general election in November 2008 because of his strong stand on national defense, a sound economy and protection for the environment.

Large crowds were at the parade! And the reception was outstanding for the literature volunteers passed out about Al Gore. Lots of people wanted more information, and only with the exception of a few republicans, everyone said they wanted Al Gore to run for President.
